Conflict is inevitable though it is unnecessary, it effect can be unpleasant or beneficial depending on the parties involved. Everyone has had time of conflict with friends, family members and strangers. It is clear that everyone is different; I might despise what you love and you might love what I despise. Our individual difference is what makes conflict inevitable.
While many people try hard and get to settle their differences others continue to live in disharmony, they remain hostile to each other even when it is evident they need to work in harmony. Their hostile feeling creates more problems leading to loss of opportunities.
Resolving conflict is not an herculean task, you need to be conscious of the fact that, we all can get along despite our individual differences. Don’t hold grudges for too long when all you need to do with the other party is to have a discussion and settle your difference.
Let’s discuss, what is your opinion on this issue?
