Not everything in life should be tolerated. You should be willing to occassionally express dissatisfaction over things that bother you rather than cope with them and remain in pain. Sometimes, all you need to do is to express dissatisfaction to see the change you desire. Practicing patience is good but you must learn to always ask for what you need or deserve;else you will suffer in silence. Knowing how to communicate what you need is important, however, you should be able to express yourself in a healthy way. Else you will be complicating issues and making life more difficult for yourself and people around you.
Be careful not to express dissatisfaction with anger, rage. You will be doing yourself more harm than good that way.
