On this year’s World Mental Health Day, the focus is “Working together to prevent suicide”. Everyone is encouraged to help increase awareness of the significance of suicide as a global public health problem. We owe the world a responsibility to help educate friends, loved ones and anyone in need around us about suicide. We must offer hope to people by showing love and care while also inspiring them to cope with life stressors.
We must help people at risk understand that they are not alone; and their situation will change for better. So rather than thinking negative and feeling hopeless, they should constantly strive to change their perspective and seek help. Suicide is a self destructive behavior,it is not attractive, neither is it a solution.
Let’s discuss, what is your opinion on this issue?
