It is important to learn to drop your resistance to your emotions. If you’ve failed, tell yourself “it’s okay to fail”. If you’re afraid, admit ” it’s alright to be afraid. You don’t have to like this feeling but you must accept them as the bitter truth. Cultivating self acceptance helps you feel free to take crucial steps that will help make you a better person.

Be conscious of the fact that living in denial is a risk that is not worth taking. It is a wrong approach to life. On the other hand, cultivating self acceptance is key to experiencing rapid progress.
